Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Texas via USPS approximately 5 to 10 business days after your tumbler is made. This built-in processing time is required for the degassing and curing process to ensure your cup is completely set and safe to travel. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Please note that delivery transit times vary by location, and we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by USPS.
