This is a fully customized product and your approval will be requested at each step of the creation process. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your selections and the progress of your tumbler along the way.
Because these tumblers are made specifically to your preferences, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Once you approve the design and customization process, production will continue according to those approved selections.
